Project Officer
Responsibilities:
- Handle the Barrier Free Access (BFA) improvement works in trades of E&M (e.g. VFA and Lift) under Roll-Out Programme and Request Cases
- Prepare feasibility study and design for BFA improvement works
- Prepare documents for Procurement Procedure
- Monitor the progress and quality control of projects
- Coordinate with relevant parties for all project related activities
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above in Building Services, Building Surveying or related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction industry
- Experience in project coordination and preparation of layout plans for Fire Service Installation and BFA improvement works of shopping centres would be an advantage
- Be a good team player and willing to work under pressure and irregular office hour
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizing and communication skills
- Proficiency in using AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, Power-Point, Words and Excel
- Good command of English and Chinese
